Returns & Refunds Policy

At AURA AESTHETICS, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and changes to appointments or packages may be made.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice Period
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior cancellation notice will be charged the full service amount.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling of appointments must be done with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling within less than 48 hours may not be possible due to clinic availability.
Treatment Package Refunds
Unused Packages
Refunds for unused treatment packages will be issued in full, minus any completed treatments. Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
Partially Used Packages
For partially used packages, refunds will be calculated based on the cost of treatments that have not yet been completed. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the last treatment date.
Package Expiration
Treatment packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After expiration, remaining treatments may not be redeemable for refunds unless otherwise agreed upon.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a treatment, please inform our staff immediately. We will work with you to address your concerns and may offer alternative treatments or adjustments at no additional cost.
For concerns about treatment results, please contact us within 7 days of your treatment to discuss available options.
Medical Contraindications
If a client is found to have a medical contraindication that prevents treatment, a full refund for that appointment will be issued. This determination will be made by our qualified practitioners during consultation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exceptions
The following are non-refundable:
- Promotional or discounted services unless otherwise specified
- Gift certificates or vouchers (unless the terms state otherwise)
- Treatments cancelled more than 48 hours before appointment
